Die Gastgeber, der Alexander-von-Humboldt Professor Dr. Jens Meiler und Juniorprofessorin Dr. Clara T. Schoeder, moderieren eine kurzweilige Vortragsreihe zum Thema "Künstliche Intelligenz in der Wirkstoffentwicklung".
Als Gäste sind Professorin Dr. Tanja Kortemme von der University of California San Francisco (USA) und Professor Dr. Eric Fischer vom Dana–Farber Cancer Institute (Harvard Medical School, Harvard University, USA) anwesend, die Einblicke in ihre Forschung mit computergestützten Methoden geben.
In der anschließenden Diskussionsrunde sollen die KI-Revolution, insbsondere ihre Chancen und Herausforderungen für die computergestützte Wirkstoffentwicklung und Proteindesign, besprochen werden.
