Der Völkerrechtler Dr. David Donat Cattin ist ein Experte auf dem Gebiet des Römischen Statuts des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofes und Mitglied der Parliamentarians of Global Action. An der Freien Universität Berlin spricht er auf Einladung von Prof. Dr. Herta Däubler-Gmelin (Bundesjustizministerin a.D.) und Prof. Dr. Dr. sc. Hans-Joachim Mengel, Otto-Suhr-Institut und Geschäftsführendes Vorstandsmitglied der Europäischen Akademie e.V. Schloß Wartin (Uckermark).
