Die Nahrung liefert Energie zum Leben und die Baustoffe für unseren Körper. Energie gewinnen wir aus Kohlenhydraten, Eiweißstoffen und Fetten. Außerdem benötigen wir Vitamine, Mineralstoffe, Ballaststoffe und Wasser. In dem Kurs wird die Zusammensetzung der Nahrungsmittel experimentell untersucht. Und natürlich werden auch Nahrungsmittel selbst hergestellt.

Es wird ein Unkostenbeitrag von 10 € pro Teilnehmer erhoben.
