These instructions will help you with login or password problems. If you have set up an idw account, you can log in at the top right of this page under "Login". To do so, please enter your self-selected username (not your e-mail address) and your self-selected password.
Forgotten password:
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can still log in using the "Forgotten password" function. You will find it directly below the login lines at the top right of the page https://idw-online.de/en/forgottenpassword.
Click on "Forgotten password?" and on the next page enter the e-mail address under which you are registered in the idw system. Afterwards, a link will be sent to you automatically by e-mail, which you can use to log in (please check your inbox and, if necessary, your spam folder).
We recommend changing the password as described in the next paragraph.
Change data:
If you go to your personal idw offer https://idw-online.de/en/menu with your user ID and password, you will find there, among other things, the menu item "Edit personal data". Here you can change e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, passwords, etc.
