Der ITD als Funktionsmuster, auf einem Dreibein montiert (Gesamthöhe ca. 65 cm). Hexaglide Kinematik in sechs Freiheitsgraden bewegt, sodass Störungen von außen in allen Richtungen ausgeglichen werden können, wenn ein „Werkstück“ bearbeitet wird.
