Skizze des Experiments: ein Atom in einem optischen Resonator wird durch einen Laser zur Emission eines verschränkten Photonenpaares stimuliert. Eine Wellenplatte dreht die zirkulare Polarisation der Photonen in eine lineare Polarisation. Die Farben Rot und Blau symbolisieren die beiden Spinzustände des Atoms bzw. Polarisationszustände der Photonen.
