Intensitäten der Interferenzen herkommlicher Fizeau-Interferometer, hier gerechnet fur eine Referenzflache der Reflektivitat 0,5 und Pruflingsflachen mit variierender Reflektivitat zwischen 0 und 100 % bei Variation des Abstandes d zwischen Prufling und Referenz uber eine Wellenlange (? = 633 nm). Das neue Verfahren vermeidet die starke Abhangigkeit des Intensitatsprofils und des Kontrastes von der Reflektivitat der Pruflingsoberflache.
