Fluoreszenz-mikroskopische Aufnahme von Lymphomzellen, die mit Nanobodies markiert sind. Die Kerne erscheinen durch die Färbung blau. Die Nanobodies sind mit einem Fluoreszenz-Farbstoff rot markiert und haften spezifisch an den Zielproteinen auf der Oberfläche der Zellen. Dadurch lassen sich die Zellen beziehungsweise Tumoren auch in lebenden Organismen nachweisen.
