In Einkristallen des toplogischen Isolators Bi88Sb12 wird ein hoher thermoelektrischer Gütefaktor (figure of merit) zT von 1,7 erreicht. Die Grafik zeigt die Temperaturabhängigkeit von zT in Magnetfeldstärken von Null und 0,7 Tesla.
