Gastvorlesung führt am 6. Juli in Grundfragen "Schwarzer Religion" ein
Ein Gastvortrag von Prof. Dr. Anthony B. Pinn führt am Mittwoch, dem 6. Juli 2005 in Grundfragen "Schwarzer Religion" und "Schwarzer Theologe" ein. Dabei wird deutlich, dass "Black Religion" mehr meint als "Black Churches" in den USA. "Black Religion verpflichtet auf die Anerkennung komplexer Subjektivität und fordert zur Suche nach einem umfassenden Sinn in einer verfeindeten Welt heraus", so der Referent vom Department of Religious Studies der Rice University Houston/ Texas, der auf Einladung des Lehrstuhls für Christliche Weltanschauung, Religions- und Kulturtheorie an der Katholisch-Theologischen Fakultät der Universität Erfurt weilt. Der Vortrag mit dem Titel "More than meets the eye: the nature and meaning of Black Religion" wird in englischer Sprache gehalten. Beginn ist 20.00 Uhr im Coelicum in der Domstraße 10. Interessenten sind herzlich eingeladen.
