Fotoausstellung: Selbst ist die Frau
Südafrikanische Frauengewerkschaft präsentiert ihre Arbeit
Die südafrikanische Frauengewerkschaft "Self Employed Women's Union" (SEWU), in der über 1.500 südafrikanische Frauen organisiert sind, stellt in einer Fotoausstellung seine Arbeit vor. Die Ausstellung kann vom
22.November bis 4. Dezember 1999
in der Galerie im Hauptgebäude der Universität zu Köln,
Albertus-Magnus-Platz, 50923 Köln
besichtigt werden. Die Fotografin Joanne Bloch beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit Fragen der Entwicklung, des Erziehungssystems und der Rolle der Frau in Südafrika. Sie begleitet die Arbeit der SEWU seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 1994.
