Second European Agent Systems Summer School EASSS-2000
Vom 14.-18. August 2000 findet auf dem Campus der Universität des Saarlandes die Europäische Sommerschule für agentenbasierte Systeme (EASSS-2000) statt. Die EASSS-2000 wird von der DFKI GmbH in Zusammenarbeit mit der Universität des Saarlandes und dem im Rahmen von ESPRIT durch die EU geförderten Netzwerk AgentLink organisiert.
Sie wird eine Mischung aus Einführungs- und Fortgeschrittenenkursen anbieten, die das breite Spektrum von theoretischen und praktischen Aspekten agentenbasierter Technologien abdecken.
Die Kurse werden von international ausgezeichneten Wissenschaftlern gegeben und behandeln u.a. folgende Themen:
* Grundlagen intelligenter Agenten und Multiagentensysteme
* Problemlösen und Planen
* Koordination, Kommunikation und Kooperation,
* Lernende und mobile Agenten, Assistenzagenten,
* verteilte, autonome Robotersysteme,
* Entscheidungsunterstützung und Verhandlungen,
* Sozialsimulation und artifizielle Gesellschaften
* Kooperative Informationssysteme
* Design von Organisationen,
* Agentenorientiertes Software Engineering, Standardisierungen,
* Industrielle und kommerzielle Anwendungen von Agentensystemen,
* Virtuelle Marktplätze.
