Ab 11:45 Uhr stehen Ihnen Joseph Schütz, Director Microprocessor & Programming Research Intel Corporation, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Wahlster, CEO DFKI und Prof. Dr. Philipp Slusallek, DFKI-Forschungsbereichsleiter Agenten und Simulierte Realität und einer der Initiatoren des Intel Visual Computing Institute für Interviews zur Verfügung.
Parallel werden mobile Virtual Reality-Umgebungen, Exponate zum 3D-Internet, die Steuerungssysteme EMBR und ALMA für Gestik, Sprache und Mimik von virtuellen Charakteren vorgestellt.
Ab 12:15 Uhr werden Joseph Schütz, Dr. Christoph Hartmann, Wirtschafts- und Wissenschaftsminister des Saarlandes, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Wahlster und Prof. Dr. Philipp Slusallek auf dem Podium über Kernthemen der weiteren Zusammenarbeit von Intel und DFKI diskutieren.
