Mediale Skulpturen und interaktive Rauminstallationen zeigt in dieser Woche eine Ausstellung von Studierenden der Departments Design und Informatik der HAW Hamburg. Die Semesterarbeiten entstanden im interdisziplinären Projekt „Computational Spaces“ und bewegen sich an der Schnittstelle von Informatik und Design.
Mit einfachen Gesten und Körperbewegungen können die Besucher der Ausstellung „Reaktive Fragmente“ großflächige Projektionen individuell gestalten. Möglich macht dies der Einsatz des 3D-Sensors „Kinect“. Die Installation reagiert auf die Bewegungen der Besucher, die vom Sensor gescannt werden.
Die Ausstellung „Reaktive Fragmente“ findet statt am
7. März 2013 ab 20 Uhr und 8. März 2013, 17-21 Uhr
in der Fabrik der Künste, Kreuzbrook 10-12, 20537 Hamburg
Die Arbeiten entstanden im Rahmen des Projekts „Computational Spaces“. Mehrere Professorinnen und Professoren waren am Projekt beteiligt: Prof. Franziska Hübler, Department Design, Prof. Gunter Klemke und Prof. Birgit Wendholt, beide Department Informatik.
