Am 12. Dezember 2002 spricht Prof. Dr. Christian Huber vom Fachbereich Instrumentale Analytik und Bioanalytik zum Thema:
"Revolutionierende Analysenmethoden für biologische Makromoleküle als Schrittmacher für die Biowissenschaften: Der Nobelpreis in Chemie 2002"
Die Veranstaltung findet um 17:15 Uhr in Gebäude 23 (großer Hörsaal) statt. Alle Interessierten sind herzlich eingeladen.
Der Vortrag gibt einen Überblick über die Arbeit der diesjährigen Nobelpreisträger für Chemie: John B. Fenn (USA), Koichi Tanaka (Japan) und Kurt Wüthrich (Schweiz) haben mit ihren Methoden zur Aufklärung von Proteinstrukturen zahlreichen Wissenschaften neue Impulse gegeben - unter anderem der Biologie, der Medizin und der Pharmazie.
