Der Historiker Professor Dr. Franz Bosbach, der Rechtshistoriker Professor Dr. Diethelm Klippel und der Pädagoge Professor Dr. Lutz Koch haben eine Arbeitsgruppe gebildet, die sich die wissenschaftliche Auswertung der umfänglichen Skripten vorgenommen hat, die Prinz Albert von Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha während seines Studiums 1837 und 1838 an der Universität Bonn verfertigt hat.
Sie sind jüngst von Professor Bosbach in den Royal Archives in Windsor Castle entdeckt worden und versprechen wichtige Aufschlüsse zu geben sowohl für adeliges Studienverhalten als auch für den universitären Lehrbetrieb im frühen 19. Jahrhundert.
