RUBENS und RUBIN jetzt "echt" im Internet

Die Zeiten, als lediglich Text im Internet kursierte, sind längst vorbei, die optische Aufbereitung von Informationsangeboten wird immer wichtiger. Dementsprechend liegen jetzt auch die aktuellen Ausgaben von RUBENS, Zeitschrift der RUB, und RUBIN, Wissenschaftsmagazin der RUB, in ihrem Original-Layout im Internet bereit. Als Portable Document Format (PDF) sind sie eine komplette Umsetzung der Papierversion, die somit auch alle Fotos zu den Artikeln und Beiträgen enthält. Während RUBIN mit der aktuellen Ausgabe 1/98 in diese Art der elektronischen Publikation startet, sind zahlreiche alte RUBENS-Ausgaben bereits umgewandelt worden, um dieses Archiv optisch "aufzupeppen". Um PDF-Dateien lesen zu können, benötigen 'User' den Acrobat Reader von Adobe, den es unter http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html kostenlos gibt.
