Eine Studie des Max-Planck-Instituts für Gesellschaftsforschung zeigt, wie deutsche Unternehmen sich in den neunziger Jahren immer stärker an den Interessen der Aktionäre ausrichteten und welche Auswirkungen das auf das deutsche System der Arbeitsbeziehungen hatte. Dabei wird deutlich, dass die Interessen von Aktionären und Arbeitnehmervertretungen nicht immer gegensätzlich sind.
