Die EU-Kommission hat am 8. April Kernanforderungen für eine vertrauenswürdige Künstliche Intelligenz veröffentlicht und beginnt damit einen Prozess, in dem die EU KI-Strategie weiter Gestalt annehmen wird. In diesem Prozess wird CLAIRE (Confederation of Laboratories for Artificial Intelligence in Europe) eine herausragende Rolle spielen. Die Eröffnung des deutschen CLAIRE-Büros ist dabei ein wichtiger Schritt. Die Initiative wird aktuell von über 2800 europäischen Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern unterstützt.
