Die Qualität der Hochschullehre ist in der Wissensgesellschaft zum Standortfaktor ersten Ranges geworden. Im europäischen Vergleich schneidet Deutschland zunehmend schlechter ab, wenn es um Studienzufriedenheit und Lehrkompetenz von Hochschullehrern geht. Was Auswege aus dieser Krise sein können, diskutieren Hochschulforscher und Hochschuldidaktiker von Montag bis Mittwoch (07.-09. März) bei der "2nd Dortmund Spring School for Academic Staff Developers" an der Universität Dortmund. Die internationale und interdisziplinäre Fachtagung ist eine Veranstaltung des "Arbeitskreises für Hochschuldidaktik e.V." (AHD), die nicht nur theoretisch, sondern auch praktisch vorstellt, wie gute Lehre von Hochschuldozenten gelernt werden kann und sollte.
