Zu diesem Forum lädt der Studiengang Internationale Beziehungen und der Lehrstuhl für Internationale Politik der TU Dresden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Amerikahaus, dem British Council und dem Polnischen Institut Leipzig ein.
