Marburg, 29.11.2006. Der Freiburger Immunologe Prof. Dr. Hans-Hartmut Peter hielt am 29. November 2006 die diesjährige Behring-Lecture zum Thema: "Antikörpermangel-Syndrome: Klinik, Diagnostik und Genetik".
Die Behring-Lecture ist ein mit 5.000 Euro dotierter Wissenschaftspreis, mit dem die Philipps-Universität einmal pro Jahr bedeutende Vertreter der Immunologie, Virologie, Mikrobiologie oder Molekularbiologie aus dem In- und Ausland ehrt. Sponsor dieses Preises ist der Impfstoffhersteller Novartis Behring.
Vor der Lecture waren Prof. Dr. Hans-Hartmut Peter und Laudator Prof. Dr. Diethard Gemsa, Marburg, zu einem Besuch bei Novartis Behring. Hier standen das Arbeitszimmer Emil von Behrings auf dem Programm sowie eine Führung durch das Hauptproduktionsgebäude von Novartis Behring.
