Am 7. April 2000 tagt die Deutsch-Polnische Juristenvereinigung e. V. von 15 bis 19 Uhr an der Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) im Senatssaal des Hauptgebäudes. Die Tagung wurde organisiert unter Zusammenarbeit von Prof. Dr. Stephan Kudert, Lehrstuhlinhaber für Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerlehre und Wirtschaftsprüfung an der Viadrina, RA Dr. Peter Diedrich, Vorstand der Deutsch-Polnischen Juristen-Vereinigung e. V. und dem Frankfurter Institut für Transformationsstudien.
Nach der Begrüßung durch die Organisatoren und den Vizepräsidenten der Viadrina, Prof. Dr. Jan C. Joerden wird die Tagung insbesondere zwei steuer- und bilanzrechtliche Themen aufarbeiten. Von 15.30 bis 17.30 Uhr referiert Prof. Dr. Stephan Kudert zum Thema "Das polnische Steuerrecht aus Sicht eines Investors". Von 18 bis 19 Uhr behandelt Dipl.-Kfm. Jaroslaw Nabialek "Das polnische Bilanzrecht - ein internationaler Vergleich".
Anmeldungen zur Tagung können bis zum 7.4. erfolgen.
