Im Rahmen eines zweitägigen Seminars bietet das Projektteam "Servicequalität Sachsen-Anhalt" der Hochschule Harz touristischen Leistungsträgern auch im April 2007 wieder die Möglichkeit, ihre eigenen Qualifikationen zielgerichtet zu verbessern. Rund um die Thematik Qualität im Tourismus stehen hierbei vor allem interessante Informationen zur Kundenerwartung sowie dem Beschwerdemanagement im Mittelpunkt des Workshops.
Eine Anmeldung zu den beiden Qualitäts-Seminaren am 18./19. April 2007 in Arendsee (Hotel "Deutsches Haus") bzw. 23./24.
