Das Institut für Wirtschaftspolitik der Universität zu Köln lädt zum Kolloquium: Am 16. Juni referiert Prof. Dr. Axel Weber, Präsident der Deutschen Bundesbank und Mitglied des Rates der Europäischen Zentralbank zum Thema "Finanzstabilität und Notenbanken". Die Festrede anlässlich der Jahresmitgliederversammlung des Fördererkreises findet um 17.30 Uhr im Hörsaal XXIV der Wiso-Fakultät statt.
Im Rahmen des Institutskolloquiums im Sommersemester 2009 gibt es zwei weitere Veranstaltungen: Am 6. Juli referiert Prof. Dr. Joachim Starbatty zum Thema "Homunculus oeconomicus - Das Menschenbild in der Ökonomik" und am 20. Juli diskutiert Prof. Dr. Viktor Vanberg über die Thematik "Ökonomik ist keine Physik". Beide Veranstaltungen finden um 17 Uhr in Raum 732 (7. Stock, Wiso-Hochhaus) statt.
