Vom 2. bis 6. Juli 2001 findet am Geographischen Institut der Technischen Universität München eine Internationale Tagung zum Thema Regional Development and Gendered Labour Markets statt.
Globalisierung und New Economy, die Entwicklung der Frauenerwerbstätigkeit in Europa und Möglichkeiten neuer regionaler Arbeitspolitik - all dies sind Themen von Vorträgen, Diskussionsrunden, Workshops und einer Exkursion in Münchens Arbeitswelt.
