TU Dresden auf der Biotechnica (9. bis 11. Oktober) in Hannover:
Modulare Komponenten für die Zellkultivierung unter Perfusionsbedingungen
In der medizinischen Forschung, in der pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffprüfung oder in der Umwelttoxikologie werden für die Anzüchtung und Erhaltung von Zellen und Geweben stabile Versorgungsbedingungen benötigt. Das Institut für Medizintechnik Dresden e. V. bietet mit seinen Partnern - darunter Wissenschaftler der TU Dresden - ein modulares System zur Versorgung, Überwachung und Steuerung von perfundierten Zellkulturen an.
Die modularen Baugruppen umfassen Zellkulturträger, Versorgungspumpen, Sensortechnik für die Erfassung von Temperatur, pH- und pO2-Wert (inklusive Kalibrierungseinheiten) und eine Begasungseinheit. Alle variabel kombinierbaren Module werden über einen PC mittels der CAN-Bus-Technologie überwacht und gesteuert.
