Symposium zu Ehren von Hans Küng
Die Katholisch-Theologische Fakultät der Universität Tübingen gestaltet ein Symposium zu Ehren von Hans Küng am Freitag, dem 10. Juli 1998, 10 bis 18 Uhr im Hörsaal des Theologicums. Das Thema lautet: "Dimensionen der Wahrheit". Unter diesem Titel werden Fragen behandelt, die im Zusammenhang mit Hans Küngs theologischem Wirken und auch den kirchlichen Auseinandersetzungen stehen: "Zweierlei Wahrheit als Thema der Philosophie" (Prof. Dr. Anton Friedrich Koch, Philosophische Fakultät): "Wahrheit und Religion" (Prof. DDr. H. Waldenfels, Bonn): "Wahrheit und Glaube" (Prof. Dr. Bernd-Jochen Hilberath): "Die Grundnorm der Wahrhaftigkeit" (Prof. Dr. Dietmar Mieth); "Kunst und die Frage nach der Wahrheit" (Prof. Dr. Karl Josef Kuschel). Dadurch, daß Papst Johannes Paul II (kürzlich mit einem Motu Proprio die kirchenrechtliche Verbindlichkeit der Lehrtreue verschärft hat, erhielt das Symposium eine besondere Aktualität. Der Präsident des universalen Netzwerkes der Katholisch-Theologischen Gesellschaft, Prof. Dr. Peter Hünermann, wird dazu in einem Grußwort Stellung genommen.
