Pflanzenleben auf belasteten Böden
Öffentlicher Vortrag in Köln
Schwermetalle und Kochsalze sind im allgemeinen giftig und hemmen das Wachstum von Pflanzen. Es gibt jedoch speziell angepaßte, teilweise sogar sehr schöne Pflanzen, die an Kochsalz- oder Schwermetall-haltigen Standorten gedeihen. Professor Dr. Hermann Bothe, Botanisches Institut der Universität zu Köln, stellt in seinem öffentlichen Lichtbild-Vortrag
"Leben der Pflanzen an Spezialstandorten (Salz- und Schwermetall-Resistenz der Pflanzen)"
am Dienstag, dem 11. Februar 2003, um 17.15 Uhr
im Großen Hörsaal der Biologischen Institute

dar, wie Pflanzen mit den Schwermetallen und Kochsalzen fertigwerden. Der Vortrag richtet sich vor allem an interessierte Laien, der Eintritt ist frei.
