Aufgerollte Energie: Ultradünne Schichtsysteme wickeln sich von selbst in tausendfacher Ausführung zu kleinen Energiespeichern auf. Die Kombination der Schichten kann nahezu beliebig gewählt werden, so dass verschiedene Arten der Energiespeicherung möglich sind: Kondensatoren setzen die Energie schnell frei, Batterien bieten eine langfristige Speicherung.
