Gründungsmitglieder des IfSB mit dem Präsidenten der Hochschule Lausitz, Prof. Dr. Günter H. Schulz (2. v. li.). Einen symbolischen Staffelstab mit Abbildungen schwimmender Bauten übergab IBA-Geschäftsführer Prof. Dr. Rolf Kuhn (re.) an Prof. Dr. Frank Höfler (3. v. re.) als Dekan der Fakultät für Bauen der HL und Vertreter des IfSB. Zum Leiter des Instituts für schwimmende Bauten wurde im Rahmen der konstituierenden Sitzung des Instituts Dr. Peter Strangfeld (3. v. li.) gewählt.
