Blut eines Kindes mit Down-Syndrom, das an einem transienten myeloproliferativen Syndrom (TAM) erkrankt ist. Im Mikroskop sind ähnlich wie bei einer Leukämie fast nur die violett gefärbten unreifen Vorläufer der weißen Blutzellen (Blasten) zu sehen.
