Am Montag, den 11. Dezember 2006, schließt Prof. Richard Horden, Ordinarius für Gebäudelehre und Produktentwicklung der TU München, den Vorlesungszyklus "Himmel per aspera ad astra" der Carl von Linde-Akademie ab. Sein Vortrag über Himmelstrebende Architektur "skyreach architecture" mit einer Vielzahl von Anschauungsobjekten ist in englischer Sprache. Die Veranstaltung findet von 18.15 bis 20 Uhr im Hörsaal 1.100 am Stammgelände der TUM (Zugang über Hauprtpforte), Arcisstraße 21, 80333 München statt. Der Eintritt ist frei.
Prof. Horden studierte an der Architectural Association in London. Nach langjähriger Berufserfahrung in unterschiedlichen Büros für Architektur und Design ist er heute Geschäftsführer von 'Horden Cherry Lee Architects' in London. Seit 1996 lehrt er an der TU München Architektur und Design und ist ein weltweit gefragter Gastredner. Prof. Horden hat für seine Projekte eine Vielzahl von internationalen Preisen gewonnen.
