EU-Latin American ICT Gateway - Workshop on Cooperation Possibilities

One of EULARINET's overall goals is to strengthen the participation of Latin American countries in FP7 and to enhance the scientific network between European and Latin American scientists.

In this workshop on Information and Communication Technologies, experts from both continents will discuss and define common interest priorities and future possibilities of collaboration in the field of ICT. In addition, the workshop is aimed at bringing together researchers from EU and LA to establish contact with potential partners and at enhancing scientific networks.

The event is aiming at:

* Bringing together researchers from EU and LA to establish contact with potential partners during a "project café" partnering session on specific topics;
* Enhancing scientific networks;
* Defining future perspectives of collaboration;

Target Audience: European and Latin American policy makers, researchers and scientists from industry and academia.

Hinweise zur Teilnahme:
The participation in the workshop is FREE OF CHARGE, however:
* EULARINET consortium partners will individually cover the participation and travel costs ONLY FOR selected NATIONAL EXPERTS;
* Those who are directly involved in EULARINET project as CONSORTIUM PARTNER will cover their own expenses;
* OTHER PARTICIPANTS OR EXTERNAL OBSERVERS are expected to pay their own travel and accommodation expenses.
