About VAS Committee:
VASC is affiliated to the China Association of Communication Enterprises (CACE), and under the direction of the Chinese Ministry of Information Industry. Founded in December 2002, VASC is composed of multi-organizations, including enterprises, companies and social bodies dealing in telecom value-added services. The deputy steering committee membership is composed of the leading Chinese carriers and service operators, such as China Telecom, China Netcom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Satcom, and China Railcom.
VASC aims at facilitating the health and sustainable development of China's telecom industry through bridging the gaps between the government and the enterprise, between enterprises individuals, and between enterprise and society in general, creating a vigorous market environment for the telecom value-added services. VASC strongly supports the small telecom service providers in their development and expansion efforts, and offers guidance to the telecom enterprises to develop new services and new applications.
VASC will take more than 10 leading Chinese SPs to participate in this seminar, and it will be a valuable opportunity for European SMEs to meet with them and explore cooperation opportunities.
