Jülich, 22. November 2006 - The question of energy supply remains a burning issue. Forschungszentrum Jülich, the largest multidisciplinary research centre in Europe, is using its broadly based energy research to focus on this question. The latest issue of our magazine "Research in Jülich: Energy" provides you with an insight into this work.
From photovoltaics to nuclear fusion, from fuel cells to a hydrogen economy, from better materials to more efficient power plants - attention is devoted to both long-term contributions in basic research for science and technology, and concrete technological applications for industry.
