At Leuphana Professional School, you can study the highly demanded subject Data Science also part-time. A three-semester Master's programme imparts broad-based expertise and qualifies participants to process and evaluate large amounts of complex data independently and with current methods of data analysis. The application deadline is 15 July. For those interested, there are various digital counselling options in advance.
The part-time Master's programme places particular emphasis on a sound training in methodological skills in the field of data analysis. Therefore, at the beginning of the programme, comprehensive basic knowledge in machine learning and in the relevant areas of mathematics and statistics is taught. In addition, current topics such as deep neural networks, probabilistic graphical models and methods of information retrieval are dealt with in the further course of study. Supplementary modules also deal with the value and use of data in companies and the responsible handling of it.
The part-time Master's programme with alternating attendance and self-study units is aimed at prospective students with professional experience in data analysis who want to open up career options in a promising professional field through the additional qualification. On 1-2 July 2022, they will have the opportunity to get to know the degree programme better during the digital information day at Leuphana Professional School.
