Registration for WHS 2023 is open
Climate change and health, digital technologies for global health, pandemic prevention, the global health priorities of the G7/G20 nations, and the 75th anniversary of WHO are the focus of this year's World Health Summit in Berlin. From October 15-17, 2023, leading international representatives from politics, science, the private sector, and civil society will discuss the most important topics under the motto "A Defining Year for Global Health Action". More than 300 speakers and 4,000 participants from all over the world are expected on-site.

The World Health Summit is the world's leading international strategic forum for global health. The World Health Summit was founded in 2009 on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The World Health Summit 2023 is held under the patronage of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron, and the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. President of the World Health Summit is Axel R. Pries, International President 2023 is Adnan Hyder, Senior Associate Dean for Research, Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University, USA.
Accreditation for media representatives will open six weeks before the World Health Summit. The entire World Health Summit is open to the press.
