ESMT Berlin is awarding full and partial scholarships for its Executive Education Programs in 2026. The scholarships are aimed at experienced women managers who are preparing for top leadership roles.
ESMT Berlin is offering full and partial scholarships for women leaders in its Executive Education programs. Through this, the business school continues its support of experienced women managers in strengthening their strategic and general management capabilities and advancing into top leadership roles.
Various full and partial scholarships will be available for three premier programs at ESMT: Bringing Technology to Market, the General Management Seminar, and the Executive Transition Program.
The scholarships are aimed at senior female leaders preparing for top executive positions, particularly those transitioning from leading corporate divisions into board-level roles, as well as accomplished managers with global responsibilities in B2B markets. Entrepreneurs are strongly encouraged to apply.

At a time when women across Germany and Europe occupy only about one-third of executive and managerial roles– according to figures reported by Destatis and Eurostat – these scholarships expand access to advanced executive education and an international network of peers and faculty. The initiative is part of the school’s broader commitment to strengthening women’s representation in top leadership.
For Alsi Arslan-Hürst, Product Area Owner at Bosch and past ESMT ETP Women's Scholarship recipient, the scholarship offers more than just funding: “It's my springboard to a future brimming with possibilities! It empowers me with essential skills and opens doors to a network of international top executives and inspiring speakers, thriving far beyond the program. These deep connections and profound knowledge accelerate my ascent, instilling the confidence to pursue a transformative C-level role. It's the crucial force breaking barriers and shaping us into the female leaders of tomorrow.”
