Cancer diagnostics is at a turning point: new technologies are fundamentally changing how we detect, understand and treat diseases. From early detection to personalized therapy - innovative approaches are opening up completely new perspectives for more precise, faster and patient-oriented care. This year's digital COMPAMED Innovation Forum on June 5, 2025 is dedicated to the latest trends and technologies in cancer diagnostics.
Technological progress drives innovation
Modern diagnostic procedures enable an individualized analysis of tumors. This not only improves the detection rate, but also the quality of treatment - with positive effects on patients' quality of life. Personalized medicine is no longer a vision of the future, but a reality.
Microfluidics, lab-on-a-chip systems and artificial intelligence are revolutionizing diagnostics. Miniaturized, highly functional devices enable precise point-of-care tests that speed up vital diagnoses. At the same time, advances in biocompatibility and sensor technology are making applications simpler and results more reliable.
The next generation of diagnostic tools combines real-time monitoring with intelligent data analysis. Nanotechnology and 3D printing enable customized systems - tailored to the molecular profile of a tumor.
Registration now open: COMPAMED Innovation Forum 2025
This year's COMPAMED Innovation Forum is dedicated to the latest trends and technologies in cancer diagnostics. The online event is aimed at companies that develop components and systems for medical technology, as well as medical professionals who want to find out about the latest developments. Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
The forum is organized by IVAM in cooperation with Messe Düsseldorf. The aim is to highlight current challenges, solutions and prospects for the industry - with a view to the upcoming COMPAMED, Europe's leading trade fair for medical suppliers.
