The fourth IDESSAI 2024, the annual summer school of the renowned German and French AI research institutions DFKI and Inria, will take place in Saarbrücken from September 9 to 13. There are still a few places available, the application deadline is Friday, August 23, 2024.
Among the many offers for AI students, IDESSAI stands out due to its special concept. The organizers attach great importance to a balanced relationship between participants and lecturers, so that intensive support and exchange are guaranteed. Participants can become part of a community of like-minded people and at the same time be in close contact with experts. The program includes a series of courses that focus on current topics such as large-scale AI models, and robotics & AI - areas that are at the center of current socio-economic discussions around Artificial Intelligence.
The Summer School will focus on the latest methodological developments and the joint future vision of the two organizers, but also on practical relevance. This will be achieved through application-oriented courses and the involvement of practitioners and innovators from industry. Participants will have the opportunity to present their own work in special poster and demo sessions.
Large-scale AI models and Robotics & AI will be covered in two parallel tracks. Coffee breaks, meals, social events and joint sessions between the two tracks will provide numerous opportunities for exchange and networking.
Targeted audience:
